Courses
All courses have a 1 year expiry from the date of purchase.
Refunds
I understand that all course payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If I fall pregnant or start taking medication in the middle of my treatment that prevents me from continuing the treatment, a medical note will needed to be provided. A credit remaining balance will be added to my account for me to use against another treatment or the course will be put on hold.
Deposits
Any treatment over £40.00 will require a 50% deposit, whether booked online or in-clinic.
Cancellation Policy
NHC MedSpa requires 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of one treatment from your course or loss of your deposit.
Expiry Dates
All courses have a 2 year expiry date from the date of purchase.
NHC MedSpa Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Cards can be redeemed at any time and clinic subject to availability.
Can be used in conjunction with Special Offers.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for money or replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
Gift Cards must be presented at the time of the treatment.
Gift Cards can only be used by one person and cannot be copied, duplicated or modified.
The ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme at NHC MedSpa
Refer a friend to our Aesthetic range at NHC and you’ll each receive a £50.00 credit on your account to spend on an Aesthetic treatment or course at NHC MedSpa. There are no limitations on how many new friends you refer – reap this reward over and over again. Only 1 reward can be used per 1 transaction. When the referred client purchases an aesthetic treatment or course (minimum spend £200.00) at NHC MedSpa, your credit will then be activated and may be used against or towards your next aesthetic visit (minimum spend £200.00). Credit can be redeemed against current Special Offers but cannot be redeemed against “Flash Promotions”. Credit is redeemable against all aesthetic single treatments and courses subject to availability. Excludes all retail and beauty treatments: packages and courses including facials, microdermabrasion and cosmetic injectables or doctor-led treatments.

Our aim is to provide the best service possible, and while we always strive to achieve this, there will be times when the client is unhappy with the service. We aim to handle complaints quickly in an effective, fair and honest way.
Our policy aims to ensure that:
All members of the public know how to feedback to NHC MedSpa and the process of making a complaint is simple;
All staff treat feedback seriously and deal with it promptly, efficiently, courteously and keep the customer informed of the progress;
Improved customer relations is built by resolving feedback during the initial stages wherever possible.
All feedback is recorded and monitored so that we learn from feedback and take action to improve services.

A complaint is…
“An expression of dissatisfaction regarding NHC MedSpa standard of treatment service, customer service, action or lack of action”.
Please note that a complaint is not “An initial request for a service to be delivered”.

Any member of the public or their representatives, staff, businesses, public and voluntary bodies can make a complaint about NHC MedSpa.
